Items delivered less than perfect
We go to great lengths to ensure that your boards and/or accessories arrive in perfect condition. If items are delivered missing parts, damaged or defective, we will cover it by replacing the item/part at no cost to you.
To report a less than perfect situation, please fill out or contact form with all of the information. Please include all details and a phone number so we can contact you to discuss further.
The original item must be returned before the replacement can be shipped. Xplor Boards will cover return shipping by providing shipping labels or refunding the shipping cost with a valid shipping receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the replacement process. It may take up to 21 days for the replacement item to arrive.
